Rasmus Ristolainen left Saturday’s game against the Carolina Hurricanes after blocking a shot (reports point to the left hand/arm area). He briefly returned for one shift in the third before being ruled out for the rest of the night and was set for re-evaluation on Sunday.

Positive signs since then:
- He’s traveling with the Flyers on their road trip (starting tonight in Tampa Bay).
- Team social media showed him with the group heading to the plane, with no cast, sling, or visible protection on the hand.
- No defenseman was called up, so the current group of seven is making the trip.

It’s still not an official “cleared to play” confirmation yet (morning skate/status should clarify things later today), but the fact that he’s on the trip and not wrapped up is a clear relief after the initial scare. Flyers fans have seen enough of his injury history that this is a welcome development.
