First Period

A rough start offensively for the Phantoms held to just 1 shot through the first 15 minutes of play. Lehigh Valley finished the frame with 3 shots to the Bears 7. Pierrick Dubé scored the lone goal in the period, A power-play goal for Hershey at 18:25. Adam Karashik dropped the gloves, a quick bout with Bears forward Jimmy Huntington at the 14:05 mark.

Second Period

A heavily penalized period, giving the Phantoms five power-play chances in the frame. Lehigh Valley would be denied every opportunity. Clay Stevenson stopped all 11 shots he faced in the period. Mike Vecchione scored the only Bears goal for this frame, a shot right outside the crease for his 3rd of the season at 6:53 of the period. Third Period
