As of the end of July 2026, Hunter McDonald and Nikita Grebenkin remain unsigned Restricted Free Agents for the Flyers. Both received qualifying offers in late June 2026 (along with Trevor Zegras and Jamie Drysdale). Their previous entry-level contracts expired after the 2025-26 season:
- McDonald (Defenseman) was on a 2-year ELC.
- Grebenkin (Forward) was on a 3-year ELC (originally signed with Toronto, later acquired by Philly).
McDonald and Grebenkin are among the main remaining pieces of business before Training Camp in September. No new contracts have been announced yet, but this should be the last order of business for the offseason.
