Michkov’s expected to spend a little time at home before heading back to the Philadelphia area (Voorhees, NJ) for training in June.

Of course, Michkov lives in the Philly area with his mom and brother during the season, but it’s normal for him to visit Russia in the Summer. It’s perfectly normal to visit friends and family before ramping up offseason training.

No major concerns—sounds like a short trip before he ramps up training for next season. Michkov was on the ice shooting and skating last week, he rarely takes a day off away from the rink.
