Lake Tahoe is now in the rear view mirror for the Flyers and the NHL. The NHL did a marvelous job, and this should become a permanent fixture to grow the sport of hockey.

This year’s outdoor games featured some beautiful sights and views. Moreover, quite frankly the NHL did a great job with showcasing the greatest sport on Earth. It is unfortunate that fans were not able to be in attendance as Flyers Sean Couturier said that this outdoor felt a bit different with no fans in attendance following the game. However, that did not stop Flyers fans from trying to watch the game live form their boats in Lake Tahoe.
