What a week of Flyers hockey it was. Every moment was enjoyable, as the Flyers tallied 11 goals in their first two games of the season. Without further delay, here are the goals from this past week courtesy of our very own Ricky Brown (@rickybrown).

Joel Farabee’s first point of a four point night. He is my pick for most improved player this season for the Flyers.

Welcome back Nolan Patrick, in the right spot as usual, right in the slot on a power play for a deflection goal. Erik Gustafsson with his second point for the orange and black, both points for registered on the power play.

Farabee’s first goal of the year. Beezer was dialed in right from the start, and wants to show people that he will not be part of a sophomore slump.

Scott Laughton is one hard-working Flyer. The fourth line is like any other line, they are all lethal. Michael Raffl gets his first of the year off a nice pass from Laughton.

Cootsssssss drives the play like he always does, fires the puck on net, Tristan Jarry makes the save, but Oskar Lindblom and Travis Konecny clean up the trash for a Lindblom goal off his helmet.

Kevin Hayes gets on the scoreboard.

Jakub Voracek is a great playmaker, and he threads the needle to Konecny here.

Konecny scores his second of the night, off a nice play from Nolan Patrick.

Voracek is an amazing passer, and he makes another highlight reel pass to Ivan Provorov for his first goal of the season.

Konecny tallies his first career hat trick, and is tied for the league lead in points with five after this game.

Lindblom tallied the empty netter for his second goal of the year, and a Flyers 5-2 victory.

Prayers for Coots as he will be out a minimum of two weeks following the second game against the Penguins
