The NHL Draft Lottery is set to commence at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. It will be broadcasted live on ESPN.
Your Philadelphia Flyers currently have a 5.1% chance of moving from the 12th pick to the second pick. Even if they don’t move up , the Flyers will get a very good prospect at pick 12. They could select from the likes of Tij Iginla, Cole Eiserman, Anton Silayev, Carter Yakemchuk, or Cayden Lindstrom. All of these names, of course, are not projections. They are just mentioned as possibilities, and it depends how teams draft above the Flyers. Anything can happen at the draft, there is a shocker every year that muffles up the draft board.
The draft lottery will determine the order of selection for the first 16 picks in the first round of the NHL Draft. Of courses, the Flyers are hoping to move up from #12. They also have a lot of draft capital this draft season, and the orange and black also have the Florida Panthers pick late in the first round.
