The Lehigh Valley Phantoms have been very inconsistent this season, so a victory on Saturday night was a huge victory for this young Phantoms squad. They got it, and they earned it. Tanner Laczynski netted a goal in the first period to bring the score to 2-1 Providence.
Laczynski, of course, netted two more goals for the hat trick and the 5-2 victory. Olle Lycksell registered for assists on the evening, is he continued to Strong AHL season. He has seen time with the big club at times, but he has played really strong for the Phantoms this season
Parker Gahagen needed a big game for the Phantoms, and he got it. Goaltending has been one issue for the Phantoms this season, but it has gotten better following the All-Star break, hence the reason the Phantoms are currently holding a one-point lead for a spot in the playoffs at the moment. Springfield now trails the fan was by one point (59 points), as these two teams head into their matchup on Wednesday night at 7:05 pm.
Hopefully, this victory over a very good Providence club could reignite the Phantoms success from last season. They have the talent, now it’s time to prove it, even with a young back end that consists of Ethan Samson, Emil Andrae, Ronnie Attard (With the Flyers at the moment), and Adam Ginning.

Alexei Kolosov
Kolosov should arrive in a few weeks. He is working out Vias issues right now, but we all know how that goes.
He will play for the Phantoms and help their playoff push, per Keith Jones on the Snow the Goalie:
Good information. Terrible writing skills.
