The Hockey World Is Uniting Around The Flyers And Oskar Lindblom

Not that I’d expect anything different, but Chuck Fletcher saying the #Flyers will support Lindblom is significant because he’s in the last year of his contract. This was also the case in 2015 when Logan Pyett was on a one-year AHL deal and diagnosed with a sarcoma.

A guy in Buffalo Sabres jersey was just talking to me at the Thunder game. He's a huge fan of hockey. He asked me if I liked hockey. I responded yea the #Flyers. Immediately he said, "Oh my I'm so sorry about Lindblom, I just read that." This is being felt around the community.

Lindblom is one of those guys who always seems to have a smile on his face. Obviously, he's turning himself into a great hockey player too, but that's besides the point. This is a good kid and it kills you to hear that he's going through this.
