Tonight’s the night—Game 3 of the Eastern Conference First Round between the Flyers and Pittsburgh Penguins at Xfinity Mobile Arena (formerly Wells Fargo Center), puck drop at 7:00 PM ET.It’s the Flyers’ first home playoff game in exactly 2,922 days (8 years), since their last one on April 22, 2018 (an 8-5 loss over the Penguins in Game 6 of the first round). The Penguins won the series 4-2.

The 2020 playoffs were played in the Toronto bubble with no fans, so this marks the long-awaited return of postseason hockey to Philly in front of a home crowd. Of course, the Flyers head into tonight leading the series 2-0 after two road wins in Pittsburgh:
- Game 1 (Apr 18): Flyers 3, Penguins 2
- Game 2 (Apr 20): Flyers 3, Penguins 0
Game 4 is set for Saturday, April 25 at 8:00 PM ET at home. The building is going to be electric tonight—Gritty’s first home playoff game, a packed house, and that classic Flyers-Penguins rivalry energy.
If you’re heading to the game or watching from home, enjoy every second of it. It’s been a long wait.
