E172 – Predicting The Flyers Lines For 2023-24

The Flyers are officially in boring offseason mode. While the organization still needs to finalize the contract for Morgan Frost, there isn’t too much to do over the next few weeks. With the slew of changes already made the team will be icing a very different lineup from it’s previous season, there can only be so much that can be done at this point. New GM, Daniel Briere, will have to trust in his changes and hope that the results create the change he was looking for. It is widely assumed that the Flyers will be one of the worst teams in the NHL. However, it should be anticipated that the Flyers are going to strive to win games regardless and with the return of Sean Couturier and Cam Atkinson, the Flyers might actually be better than teams anticipate, but a lot would need to go right.

On this episode of Gettin Gritty Wit It, Yariv and Vasili talk about recent news from the organization that is still looking to finalize it’s roster. With that comes a plethora of new questions to the lineup. What will the Flyers lineup look like on opening night? We take a very early guess on how the organization plans to ice their new squad.
