Your Reading Royals are back, they are back. They are back with a vengeance in Royal country. Unfortunately, the Royals are not off to the start that they hoped, but maybe they need home cooking for their first victory of the season. They are currently 0-2-1 on the season.
The Royals have a block party today, yes a block party at 3pm, while the game starts at 7 on opening night. There is also a free concert by the Spin Doctors.
The Royals are back, and they have extended their affiliation with the Flyers for one more season at the very least. Colin Felix is on a tear as he has two goals in three games played, as he leads the Defensemen in this category, while Zane Franklin has netted one goal and had four apples on the season.
This is a great day for the Royals and their proud fans. Hockey will be back alive and well in Reading, and the purple clad fans will be there rooting for their hometown Royals this coming season. Come out today and meet the grast slap shot.
