The Flyers finally have drafted a solid skating defenseman. They needed a solid skating defenseman, and this was one way to do it. There were weeks of speculation over who the Flyers would take with the 22nd pick, in particular. Bonk has a ton of skill that can stifle players at the Blue line, and lead the Flyers of the ice the other way. Bonk is a good skating Defenseman, and these type of Defensemen don’t come along very often.

Bonk.can skate and that was evident yesterday in the 5-2 victory, but he made some nice plays with his stick too. His gap control is impeccable, and even though he went pointless yesterday. He was phenomenal.

Alex Čiernik

season amongst men. He registered six points in 10 games for Vasterviks IK.

This young 18-year-old in Čiernik has registered four goals and eight assists in 19 games played this season, after a brief slow start to the season. Ciernik has distinct offensive abilities to find the scoring areas on the ice. He uses his speed to create plays both offensively and defensively.

Many were concerned he would miss time with a concussion, however, that is not the case. He didn’t miss a beat skating wise yesterday, as he can transition up the ice, and make the right play himself. His edge work, sharing wise, is very precise.
