Glove save Aaron Taylor, and another spectacular glove save by Taylor. Much like Carter Hart, Taylor has a really good glove hand. He’s like a a magician, as he waves his glove hand in the air to capture the puck in his mitt.

Taylor hails from Gormley, ON, CAN, and hockey was in blood practically from birth. He used to play open hockey with Flyers young prospect Morgan Frost nonetheless, to which Frost would really impress Taylor. However, Taylor took next step in his hockey career, and is now the young prized possession of the Delaware Thunder. Playing at a small rink in Thornhill, ON, this helped get his hockey career off to a good start, “My dad was a coach for me,Taylor said, My brother was a big part of my hockey career too. My brother was 10 years older than me when we were growing up and he was playing. I’ve watched Goalies play, and I don’t forget where I came from.”

The young 23-year-old in Taylor has made forty save performances seem like its a routine thing for the Thunder. As a matter of fact Taylor has made 1,151 saves to be exact in 33 games played that’s good enough for facing 35 shots a game, good gosh right!!! “Hitting a thousand saves that was pretty cool,” Taylor said, “I don’t think I’ve ever hit that milestone, but it just shows the hard work. The boys were happy, pretty emotional, but it was nuts. “

It appears Taylor is starting to gain some confidence between the pipes for the Thunder, “Confidence is huge, I feel like we’re heating up at the right time. I’ll keep that puck in my stall (Thousand save puck). That one will stay in my collection for sure.” Taylor is a class act, and a confident netminder like him really does bode well for the rest of the Thunder’s first season.
