Today was the first Flyers Intra Squad scrimmage, and Team Orange outlasted Team Black 4-3 in the Flyers’ Intra Squad scrimmage today (Saturday, Sept. 19) at the Flyers Training Center in Voorhees.
The official Flyers account confirmed the final score and thanked the fans who packed the building. This was the scheduled training-camp scrimmage between two of the three practice groups..
Orange lines included combinations like Studnicka–Zegras–Tippett, Bump–Barkey–Michkov, and Grundstrom–Couturier–Acciari. Black featured Foerster–Cates–Knuble, Konecny–Dvorak–Martone, and others.
Denver Barkey had a good game Centering Matvei Michkov and Alex Bump, while Spencer Gill was good and physical. Oliver Bonk scored a goal off a nice feed by Matvei Michkov.
