The Flyers have some golden prospects. Cam York and Bobby Brink have won gold, as the United States beat Canada 2-0 on one final night at the WJC in Edmonton, Alberta.

York, Team Captain, lead the United States to play perfect hockey against Team Canada, a juggernaut. York played his best game of the tournament, while logging 20:18 of ice time. Brink also had a solid game as he logged 15:18 of ice time, but was tenacious on the forecheck as he did this well for the majority of the tournament.

The young man in York, finished the tournament with six points (one goal, five assists) and a plus-4 rating in seven games. He will now head back to the University of Michigan to complete his sophomore season.
