Trevor Zegras hit his 200th career NHL point last night (Nov 4, 2025) in spectacular fashion, then iced the game for the Flyers with a filthy shootout winner.

How the milestone happened
- 1st period, 5-on-4 Power Play → Zegras spins in the right circle and threads a no-look, behind-the-back backhand pass to Cam York for a one-timer blast.
- That assist = Point #200 in only 281 games.
The full box-score contribution
- Two assists (also set up Bobby Brink’s second goal)
- +1, 3 shots, 19:42 TOI
- Now 15 points (4G-11A) in 13 GP this season → leads the Flyers in scoring.

Shootout dagger: After Montreal stormed back from 3-0 to force Overtime
- Round 1: Ivan Demidov denied by Dan Vladar
- Zegras steps up → slow glide, dizzying toe-drag, five-hole snipe.
- Vladař stones Caufield & Suzuki → Flyers win 5-4, improve to 3-0 in shootouts.
Zegras in Philly (so far) traded from Anaheim this off-season has formed instant chemistry with Cam York, Bobby Brink, and the Power Play units. He’s on a four game point streak (8 pts) and looks fully reborn at 24 years old.
