The current Philadelphia Flyers coaching staff for the 2025-26 season, led by head coach Rick Tocchet, is as follows:

- Head Coach: Rick Tocchet, hired in May 2025, a Flyers Hall of Famer and former player with the team, known for his Jack Adams Award win in 2023-24 with the Vancouver Canucks.
- Assistant Coaches:
- Jaroslav Svejkovsky, hired in June 2025, previously an assistant and skills coach with the Vancouver Canucks and Abbotsford Canucks (AHL).
- Jay Varady, hired in June 2025, former assistant coach with the Detroit Red Wings (2022-25) with a background in USA Hockey.
- Todd Reirden, hired in June 2025, a former defenseman with a Stanley Cup ring from his time with the Washington Capitals’ staff.
- Dylan Crawford, hired in June 2025, serving as assistant coach with a focus on video analysis. He will replace Adam Patterson, who was in charge of replays.
- Goaltending Coach: Kim Dillabaugh, retained from the previous staff, known for developing young goaltenders like Samuel Ersson and Carter Hart.

Recent Changes:
- In April 2025, the Flyers parted ways with assistant coaches Rocky Thompson, Darryl Williams, and skills coach Angelo Ricci.
- Brad Shaw, who served as interim head coach after John Tortorella’s dismissal in March 2025, left to join the New Jersey Devils as an Assistant Coach in May 2025.
This staff is tasked with guiding the Flyers through their ongoing rebuild, aiming to end a five-season playoff drought.
