In this very special edition of The Hockey Writers Ink, Steel and I welcome in the United States Hockey League’s (USHL’s) current leader in points Stephen Halliday of the Dubuque Fighting Saints. Halliday is a player who you may remember from my article:
Lucky for us Halliday was nice enough to take a break from his busy schedule to drop by via Skype for us to ask him a couple questions regarding the upcoming draft, playoff scenarios, and his plans to both attend and play in college.
A bit of a late bloomer, Stephen who is 19-years-old, stands at 6’4 and weighs in at 209 pounds has scored 31 goals and 50 assists for 1 points in just 55 games played so far this season. Which should see him drafted by an NHL club this upcoming draft. Might it be the Flyers who call his name? We can only hope. In the meantime, though tune in by clicking the link below to see just why Philadelphia should be coveting this towering forward prospect.
