Steel and I are back once again to bring your weekly Flyers Fix served just how you like it straight up. If you are returning viewers, you will know what we mean, but if you are new to our show, be ready for the cold hard truth.
In this week’s show, we will discuss two of my latest articles, the first being.
For this particular segment, we discuss a group of young players that are eligible for this year’s draft with some surnames that may sound familiar. Above any other of the major professional sports leagues, the NHL has been known to be quite the family tradition of sorts. Many father-son or sets of brothers have been able to impact this league, and this year is no different. So, as I pointed out in my article this past week, we will examine a list of these players and give our opinions on which, if any, the Flyers should trust the genetics.
Our second segment of the show, we look at a particular type of player that has been able to have a lot of success here in Philly over the last few decades but is currently not found on the Flyers roster. I provide a lengthy list of players and stats to back this assumption up and give a few options the team could sign that could be the missing link for the Flyers.
With so much to talk about, let’s get right down to it, shall we?
