Welp, the Flyers season is almost over and with the team not making the playoffs this season it will leave management with a lot more time to get ready for next year. With that being said Steel and I sat down recently to discuss a recent article of mine:
I gave a list of three affordable players who the Flyers could either sign or trade for the rights of from the Tampa Bay Lighting in order to try and upgrade their bottom six forwards. The reason why is that the Lightning will already be over the cap for next season by more than three million dollars. Therefore, they will have no other choice but to sell or watch some of their players sign elsewhere because they lack the funds in which to re-sign them.Â
