Yes, it is that time of the week again when Steel and I get together to talk about what’s going on in the world of the Flyers.
This week we start off the show by talking about my latest piece.
Yup you guessed it the retired Flyers great Jason Smith is back with the organization. This time as a coach with the teams AHL affiliate the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. This gritty defenseman will now look to teach the Flyers aspiring draft picks his ways and what a refreshing change of pace that will be.
Next up Steel has some questions for me regarding some moves Chuck Fletcher has made over the course of the off season and just how I think they will affect the team. From Rasmus Ristolainen to Cam Atkinson, the decision to go with Martin Jones, and when and for how much will Hart and Sanheim resign for. We will cover it all.
Lastly, with the team making so many moves this off season in such a short amount of time one area that went a bit undiscussed was the draft. So, we took a closer look at some of the Flyers latest draft picks and weigh in on just when we might be seeing them in a Flyers uniform.
