Regardless, if whether you like the idea of it or not, Flyers General Manager Chuck Fletcher is beginning to look for goaltending help. I personally don’t think for one second that goaltending is the root to all the team’s downfalls as of late, but I went with it and presented three goaltenders that the Flyers have either been linked to already, and/or that Chuck may be interested in given his past history.
In the second segment of the show, we take a look at another article of mine.
This goalie (Lance Green) turned writer divulged some alarming similarities between Carter Hart and a young Steve Mason that I’ve been observing for some time now. Can the Flyers make a few choice moves to prevent any further harm to their young goalies’ development? Will he be destined to become damaged goods? Or is he a player that will then be just another name on the ever-growing list of goalies the Flyers blame their lingering misfortunes on?
