Dan Vladar signed a two-year, $6.7 million contract with the Flyers on July 1, 2025, with an average annual value of $3.35 million ($3.35 Million AAV).

The 27-year-old Goaltender, previously with the Calgary Flames, had a 12-11-6 record, a 2.80 goals-against average, and a .898 save percentage in 30 games last season.

This signing aims to address the Flyers’ goaltending struggles, as their previous trio of Ivan Fedotov, Samuel Ersson, and Aleksei Kolosov posted a combined .872 save percentage in 2024-25. Vladar, a former Boston Bruins third-round pick, hopefully solves some of the Flyers goaltending carousel that came about last season.
