The Flyers lost a winnable game to the Vegas Golden Knights on Thursday night. I say winnable because they actually played rather well, but their Goaltending was a let down on this particular night.
“The score isn’t indicated on how we played. I’m not going to evaluate Aleksei Kolosov,” Flyers’ Head Coach John Tortorella said following the loss to Vegas.
This particular loss isn’t on John Tortorella and the coaching staff, rather Kolosov. Kolosov just has to play better, and yes he is young. But, he has to play better. Kolosov has been thrown into a tough situation, as he deserves more time in the AHL, but still.
It seems like the Flyers are struggling on the Power Play again, coupled with consistent scoring. Hopefully, they are able to right the ship against a very good Toronto team on Sunday.
