The Flyers made some moves today, as John Tortorella continues to put his imprint on the roster. First things first, the Flyers claimed a versatile winger in Lukáš Sedlák off of waivers from the Colorado Avalanche. Sedlák previously played for John Tortorella, and he is a fourth line Winger.
To me, this move shows me that Torts did not like penalties that Zack MacEwen took last night, and Olle Lycksell needs more time for his development. Speaking of Lycksell he was sent back to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms to further his development, where he would get more playing time.

Sedlák stands at 6’5, and weighs 205 pounds. He is only 29-years-old, and he tallied a career high in points with 13 (7g,6a) for the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2016-17.
The Flyers roster currently sits at 23, as they play tonight against the Florida Panthers. Sedlák of course was added to the roster, and might be available to play against the Nashville Predators on Saturday.
