It has been an up and down season for the Philadelphia Flyers. They have been winning, obviously, as they currently sit in a playoff spot at the moment. However, there has been inconsistencies to their game, recently at the very least, as the team is enduring a five game losing streak. The team currently maintains the third seed in the Metropolitan Division, even though the New York Islanders have the same amount of points as the orange and black.
Do you think the Flyers can make the playoffs? Honestly, in the end they should, but they need to start winning NOW, meaning tonight against the Buffalo Sabres. Their backs are against the wall, sort of speak, so tonight is as close to a must win as it will get.
This team has the potential and talent to make the playoffs, but they have to start pushing. They have fought and clawed their way through the majority of the season, tonight shall be no different.
They need these two points against the Sabres. They need to keep their playoff hopes alive. It will not be an easy task, as the Sabres are trying to knock teams out of playoff contention, so the orange and black have to keep focused and play a good game.
