Last night following the Flyers 5-3 victory over the Colorado Avalanche. I just so happened to be watching the Avalanche Broadcast, and they showed a person eating food at a table of Geno’s Steaks. One of the broadcasters stated, “He is eating a cheeseburger.”
Now hearing this I replayed the broadcast three times to ensure I heard it properly. I honestly couldn’t believe what I heard at first, but I had to remember this was an out of towner saying this.
I have to say this is not called a cheeseburger, it was Philly’s special Cheesesteak, yes a Cheesesteak that the person was eating.
This is just a funny article in what has been an up and down Flyers season. I thought this was the right moment for some to get a good laugh as this hockey season has been rough at times for Flyers fans. Fortunately the Flyers won last night to break their two game losing streak.
