Today Flyers’ General Manager Danny Briere announced sweeping changes to the coaching staff today.
They will not be retaining the services of Assistant Coaches, Rocky Thompson and Darryl Williams, also he club’s Assistant Coach/Skills, Angelo Ricci.
In a press release, Danny Briere said this about the coaching staff changes:
“I would like to thank Darryl, Rocky and Angelo for their dedication and all of their efforts over the last several years to the Flyers organization. After careful evaluation, I felt that this was best for the future direction of the team.”
These cha grs are not surprising, as a new Head Coach usually brings in his own staff. Let’s see what transpires in the near future.
