The Flyers are finally interesting again. The source of this clearly is the same guy who brought years of excitement to the Flyers in the playoffs, Daniel Briere. So far, his aggression alone has been a breath of fresh air for most fans. Using the Ivan Provorov trade’s large return as an example, there is also an new hint of confidence that the Flyers will win the trade when announced. Current rumors of potentially sending a combination Kevin Hayes, Travis Sanheim, Scott Laughton to St Louis for a return centered around one of the their three 1st round picks this year and Torey Krug. A trade that Krug axed choose to utilize the No Trade clause in his contract. Even with this trade coming to a halt, the excitement has not and it’s a refreshing to see a fanbase who trusts their General Manager again.
