We are just a few short days from the draft. The league is now preparing for the next battle. The Philadelphia Flyers fell short of their ultimate goal, but gained plenty of fuel to burn the championship fire. With a second round exit for the first time in a decade, the Flyers have a lot to feel good about, but now they’ve raised expectations. No doubt the Flyers organization is hungry to start playing again. With one of the deepest franchises in the league and a slew of players all looking to return and build on recent success, the Flyers are now ready to behave like contenders. The upcoming 2020 NHL Entry Draft is a great place to start building momentum into next season. With such a strange year, it’s possible that some serious talent could find its way down to the 23rd pick and available to the Flyers.
On this weeks episode of the Gettin Gritty Wit It podcast, Yariv brings on special guest, ‎Steve Kournianos, the founder of The Draft Analyst. Since 2015 Steve releases an annual scouting report and top 300 list of NHL prospects. He brings his wide array of scouting knowledge and experience to the Flyers side of the table as he shares his thoughts on the NHL Entry Draft and the Philadelphia Flyers prospect pool.
