Oskar Lindblom has had his fair share of ups and downs this season, more ups than downs as he beat Cancer, “I did my scans again yesterday and they came back good,” Oskar Lindblom said over a month ago. “So still cleared from cancer. It’s a great feeling to know that and hopefully keep it the same and be cancer free for the rest of my life.”

Fast forward to this year’s team photo, with an Oskar Lindblom photo taken last team photo day in 2020 (Left) and this year’s team photo day with Oskar Lindblom and Alex Lyon (Right)

Oskar Lindblom looks beautiful, always has. He beats Cancer’s butt and is just loving life right now.

Lindblom has looked a little more like his self with board battling, and battling for pucks in general, “It’s everything,” Lindblom said a few weeks ago, “I can’t really say something specific. I feel like I still need to be stronger, and to be strong on the puck and do my thing out there, get in front of the net and do the small stuff that I need to do to be on top of my game.”

Let’s be patient with Lindblom as he currently works himself back into form. He has earned our patience in more ways than one. Lindblom will get back to the player he once was, he just needs our support in doing such.
