Olle Lycksell has been recalled by the Flyers

Olle, Olle, Olle…Olle, Olle, Olle. What a season for Olle Lycksell last year. He needed a good Rookie Camp to solidify his status as an up and coming prospect, and Lycksell did just that. Fast forward to a Training Camp, where he impressed John Tortorella. He really made the right impression with the Lehigh Phantoms, especially after netting a hat trick last night.

For his efforts, Lycksell signed a two-year, two-way, $1.575 million contract ($787,500 AAV) in 2023. Lycksell has been recalled by the Flyers for tonight’s matchup at least against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Lycksell has been physical and and is playing with Co. It’s a big thing for this young man, the more he remained confident, the better he plays for the Phantoms. Hopefully, he has a good recall.
