Flyers’ General Manager Danny Briere held his annual Training Camp press conference today. Here are the notes from today’s presser, and yes Aleksei Kolosov has reported. The Flyers are also out on the Carter Hart sweepstakes.

- Carter Hart will not be returning to Philly it sounds like, per Danny Briere: “His representative has reached out, and told us they felt that it was better for them to look for a fresh start.”
- Danny Briere on the rebuild: “Nobody can be comfortable, or happy with what they have done in the past.” A sheer reminder that he expects improvement.
- Danny Briere is excited for the internal competitions, to the include the youth pushing for spots at camp.
- Aleksei Kolosov is the #3 netminder in Philly, per Danny Briere. They moved Ivan Fedotov to open the door for Kolosov and Bjarnason.
- Oliver Bonk had imaging done on an upper body injury that popped up recently, thus that’s the reason he was in a non-contact jersey today.
- Briere states that Jett Luchanko will be a full participant at Training Camp when it opens Thursday.
- Danny Briere gives updates on Ristolainen and Foerster: In Risto’s case. Danny states that the team knew he wouldn’t start at camp or the season. Briere states that Foerster is “Trending” in the right direction and the non-contact jersey should come off within the first week of camp.
