It’s always busy in Flyer Land. Rest, what rest. From Alexei Kolosov being on the ice at training camp, finally, to Matvei Michkov killing it on the ice.
The Flyers trimmed their roster once again today. The following were cut, and sent to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms:
Eetu Mäkiniemi
Mäkiniemi has now been blocked by Kolosov, as he has reported to Philly. This made it harder for him to earn a spot behind Samuel Ersson and Ivan Fedotov.
The Flyers roster now sits at 36. In the end, Jett Luchanko survives another round of cuts. I expect more cuts to take place on Wednesday.
