Matvei Michkov has really played well in his two brief games coming back from the break. Michkov just wants to get better, and he’s skating better than ever. He now has 17 goals and has registered 24 assists on the season, and he only trails Lane Hutson by two points for the rookie point scoring lead.
“I want to score more, but because partners are in a better position. I will feed them with passes,” Michkov said following the game yesterday. “Most important for me is the team win, but of course I want to score every game.”
