Last season, he appeared in four NHL games right out of camp before returning to the OHL’s Guelph Storm, where he tallied 56 points (21G, 35A) in 46 games.
- Alex Bump’s Role: The 22-year-old left winger (2024 fourth-round pick, No. 113 overall) has been a standout in rookie camp, on a line with forwards like Denver Barkey and other young guns. He’s drawn praise for his physicality and scoring touch—posting 42 points (20G, 22A) in 64 USHL games with the Muskegon Lumberjacks, and he won a National Championship for Western Michigan. Bump skated prominently in camp drills and is likely ticketed for a bottom-six audition.
