The Flyers won three out of four games this past week, and still find themselves in 8th place in the Eastern Conference. They can never afford to take a night off, as they have to keep plugging towards the finish line. Without further delay, here was the whiff heard round the world, captured by our very own Ricky Brown.

Kevin Hayes pots his 14th goal of the season, and it was a Power Play goal folks.

Travis Sanheim was possessed against the Boston Bruins. Looks like he has regained his mojo.

Coooooots the elite Center placed the team on his back for the rally.

Connor Bunnaman’s first NHL goal, and the assist went to Mark Friedman, which was his first NHL point. A lot of firsts on this goal.

Sanheim’s second of the night against Boston, he just looked really confident in this one.

Travis Konecny has really evolved into a leader on and off the ice, as he pots the eventual game-winner in a shootout.

The whiff heard around the world. Thank you Brad Marchand.

Tyler pitlick is a solid, good hard-nosed player. This goal was changed Scott Laughton the next day.

Michael Raffl continues to step up when the Flyers need it most.

Hey

JVR with a saucer, a beautiful pass, to Konecny.

Jakub Voracek had a big week, and he pots the game-winner in Overtime against the defending Stanley Cup Champions.

This is the goal that has sparked Joel Farabee’s production. He potted another one Saturday night.

What a week it was Flyers hockey. They cannot take a night off, as they have to remain focused at the task at hand if they want to make the playoffs.

  1. Please, do me a favor Chucky, and scout great sized right shooting defense-man Kubicek from Seattle”s team, while you go see how Roddy Ross is doing! Because Kubicek was in central scouting site a while ago number 106, so he could be the steal of the draft next summer! Because when i watched world juniors, especially team Czechs, i noticed that Kubicek was playing as much as Zamula did with team Russia, while year younger! And national team coach”s tend to know whom to trust, and Kubicek was Czechs number one defense-man , while putting also little points on the table! So Chucky don”t sleep on Kubicek, please! I tend look the team i love, the Flyers from GM”s point of view, and scout youngsters, so Chucky you should draft Kubicek, and you might get him with firth round pick! So Chucky turn Braun and Ghost to assets, witch we wasted on Braun”s signing, in order to get much needed cap-space, or in case of Ghost, we should try to trade him for much needed forward depth, because of sad cases of Oskar and Nolan! Maybe Vegas is a good trade partner, because their defense is a bit weak, so try to get from Ghost Alex Tuch back in return! Because we need forwards like NAK and Raffl, who are skilled and physically gifted, so they can play up and down our line-up!
