Denver Barkey is one heck of a hockey player. He never ceases to amaze me. Barkey registered a hat-trick last night, in the 6-3 London Knights victory. He is now third in the OHL in Playoff points with 15 (8g,7a), and get this…in just five games played.

Barkey is fresh off a great season for London, and they have Championship aspirations once again. He’s clutch, and always comes up big in big moments.
Alex Bump
It’s been well reported now, that barring any last ditch efforts by Western Michigan University, Bump will indeed sign his ELC with the Flyers (Entry-Level-Contract) when his season is completed.
Bump will then join the Lehigh Valley Phantoms with their playoff push, when the Frozen Four Tournament is concluded. Western Michigan knocked off the defending champs in the University of Denver last night 3-2 in double overtime. Bump was all over the ice last night in a good way, making plays. His signing, of course, with the Flyers will have to wait another day.

Carson Bjarnason
Carson Bjarnason sustained a pretty nasty injury to the eye with a stick during the WHL Playoffs. With his season now complete with the Brandon Wheat Kings he is now traveling to Philly, and then the organization will decide what they will do with him, or if he will join the Lehigh Valley Phantoms for their playoff push.
More than likely, he will be shut down for the remainder of the season, but he will obviously seek medical advice and opinions from the Flyers medical personnel team.
Here is a great article below highlighting this information, as it was described to me from a source:
