t was real folks. The talented Nolan Patrick took to the ice yesterday, and played in a scrimmage in his hometown of Manitoba. What a great sight it was seeing Patrick dipsy dooing around players, and even shielding players with his arm, even though it was non-contact. It was only a scrimmage, but anytime he takes to the ice it means that he hasn’t suffered a setback, as Patrick continues to improve, health wise. Hopefully, this is a sign for good things to come in 2020-21 for a proud franchise in the Flyers, and their fans. Here are some pictures and videos from the scrimmage:

This does not mean he returns for Game 1 when the 2020-21 season begins, as his status will be uncertain until the Flyers and their doctors properly evaluate him. However, this is a positive step in the right direction towards resuming his hockey career.
