The Flyers gave two injury updates today:
Carter Hart is day to day with a mid body injury
Sean Couturier is day to day with a lower body injury
In Hart’s case, maybe Hart’s injury isn’t as bad as first thought. This could be a positive sign that he can return to action sooner rather than later. Either way, the Flyers shouldn’t rush his return and should let him get 100% healthy, regardless of how long it takes for him to return to action. The Flyers are in the midst of a rebuild, so rushing him back does the organization and player no good.
What will the lines be tonight is anyone’s guess. Maybe they will look like this:
