Flyers Charities, tied to the Flyers, does solid work for the community. They have been around for decades, raising millions for local causes like youth hockey programs, health initiatives, and education.

For example, their community events, like in-school programs and street hockey clinics, get kids active and teach teamwork, while their grants support nonprofits across the Philly area. They also run auctions and events like the Flyers Carnival, with proceeds going to charities focused on cancer research, veterans, and underserved youth.

In the 2024-25 season, Flyers fans helped raise over $1.3 million for Flyers Charities giving through numerous fundraising opportunities, including marquee events like the Gritty 5K and the Flyers Carnival that fans love.

Moreover, Flyers Charities launched a program called Rink Revive, as they provided over $1 million to upgrade local rinks and eliminate financial barriers for young players. Flyers Charities, Flyers wives, in partnership with community partners Michael’s Way and St. Christopher’s Hospital, worked to renovate the home of a young girl battling cancer.    

Flyers Charities also contributed over $300,000 to support cancer programs. They really are a force within the community, saving countless of lives, while providing support for those in need.
