The Flyers are already without the services of Sean Couturier, Ryan Ellis (Season most likely), Joel Farabee (Still not cleared for contact), and Bobby Brink. Fortunately, Cam Atkinson, Carter Hart, and Farabee have been practicing with the team for non-contact purposes, and the Flyers officially confirmed today that all three aforementioned players have been indeed cleared to do such (Non-Contact practicing).

“I’ll be ready. We’re just more so being cautious than anything,” Hart said yesterday. “Making sure I’m at 100 percent. It’s a long year, just making sure everybody is fully healthy and ready to go every night.”

He added, “I definitely want to get in one,” Hart said about a pre-season game, nothing it could be a possibility. Face it, he hasn’t seen game action in a while so if he could get into a game before the season begins it would be a plus.

Every Flyers fan needs a pick me up right now, and this is as good as news as one can get. Hart is only 24-ywats-old, but he is a major piece to the overall success of the Flyers. Hart is vital to this unit, so let’s hope he can stay healthy.100
