Cam York, a Defenseman for the Philadelphia Flyers, has reportedly signed a five-year contract extension with an average annual value (AAV) of slightly over $5 million, as mentioned in a post on from Elliote Friedman @FriedgeHNIC.
This follows his previous two-year bridge deal signed in 2023, which had an AAV of $1.6 million and is set to expire this offseason, making him a restricted free agent with arbitration rights.

York’s performance last season included 10 goals and 30 points in 82 games, though his production dipped to 15 points in 57 games this year. The extension aligns with earlier speculation that the Flyers were close to securing a deal, with York expressing a desire to stay long-term.
