The Flyers try to help in the community anyway they can. Usually the players alike like to take part in events, as it really brings a smile to those they visit.
Yesterday, Bobby Brink, Jamie Drysdale, and Tyson Foerster visited patients at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, and gave Flyers giveaways ito those children in need including hats, teddy bears, water bottles, pennants and friendship bracelets. They even signed autographs and posed for photos.

“These kids are going through a lot right now. I think that it’s good for us to come here and try to bring them some joy and maybe a little bit of a distraction from what they’re going through,” said Bobby Brink.

Great of Brink, Drysdale, and Foerster to bring smiles to all these children, who really could use a smile. Hopefully all of these children are able to make full recoveries.
That’s worth more than goals. It makes me believe there is more good on this earth to take the time to visit the kids. And this is why we love our Flyers cause it’s not just what they do on the ice that matters it’s what they do in the community. Thanks guys we love ya !!!!
