This season just had that magical feel to it, and people really started to believe in this young Flyers team. It had the feeling like 2010 all over again right!!!!!! Hold on for a sec…When hockey reconvenes this young Flyers team are Cup contenders, not contenders, but Cup contenders.
Don’t worry Flyers fans, hockey appears to be on the fast track to coming back at some point. All signs are pointing towards such with all the NHL and NHLPA meetings that have transpired over the past few months. Moreover, the NHLPA return to play committee voted in favor of the 24 team playoff format, and Phase 3 (Training Camp) is expected to open on July 10.
