Not clear they can rely on Ellis, or that Braun will hold up, or that Sanheim is worth his extension (at least at times). Ristolainen brings a much needed physical presence but has his limitations, and the front of the Flyer net is still often a mess. Finally, while Yandle is a great presence on the power play and in the locker room, he’s often been no better than Ghost in his own end — chasing, getting pulled out of position, turning the puck over coming out of the zone, and unable to clear the doorstep.
