As a neighboring business at 4th & South I saw first hand the terrible event. Lots of jobs at Jim's, lots of good people working there, wish them all the best, glad no one was hurt. Same for the folks next door at Eye's Gallery. Hoping for a speedy rebuild hopefully for both landmark South Street businesses. It was terrible to see everyone going through it but great to see all the South Street family gather around for support. It was one of those Philly things that makes you feel proud.
